Naveen has been working in the IT Services industry for close to 20 years and has experience delivering IT services to clients across a variety of domains. His primary responsibility is managing client relationship and delivering solutions. He has experience setting up off shore teams, managing teams across geographies, coordinating with the architect and business teams at onsite, mentoring and putting in place plans and strategies for development & delivery.

As a techno-manager his focus on delivery spans across all phases of the SDLC model right from requirements study to the production release and support of a solution. He is adept at predicting risks & putting in place mitigation plans and works with all the stake-holders while a solution is being developed.

Within the Class Action industry, Naveen has in-depth knowledge and experience on the numerous processes associated with it, and continuously works on aligning technology solutions for class action needs.
